First of all, eating grass is entirely safe for your cats. There is no harm in your cat eating grass. It is actually a good thing. Grass helps kill all the parasites in your cat’s stomach. You can now obviously get deworming done also.
Indoor cats don’t usually have as many parasites as outdoor/stray cats do.
You shouldn’t give your cat all types of grass. Some grass contains fertilizers; when your cat eats that specific grass, there is a possibility that their liver/kidneys fail.
Some cats vomit after having grass, so avoid giving it way too much. If your cat has grass every day, then that isn’t normal and if it’s vomiting blood, you should visit your vet. Blood in vomit or stool is never a good sign.
You can get cat grass, which is safe for cats and humans to consume. It’s a mix of wheat, oat, and barley grasses.
